1909 V.D.B. Lincoln Cent on NASA’s Mars Rover Curiosity
NASA's Mars rover Curiosity has taken the first photographs of a camera calibration target that actually includes a classic United States coin. Found in the target is a 1909 V.D.B. Lincoln Cent.

President Barack Obama has nominated Bibiana Boerio to fill the position of Director of the United States Mint. If confirmed, Boerio would become the 39th Director in the Mint's 220 year history.
