U.S. Mint product performance rebounded after a brief slowdown. In the Mint’s latest sales data, 112 products outperformed their prior weekly totals – a sharp increase from the previous week’s 53 and well above the five-week trend of 89, 120, 98, 93, and 97. The bounce comes despite the continued absence of major new releases, with the last being the 250th Anniversary Army 2025-W Proof American Silver Eagle, which went on pre-sale June 13.
Among the few products to post a weekly sales decline was that limited-edition anniversary coin – capped at 100,000 and initially listed as unavailable just a few hours after launch. For the second week in a row, its sales fell, slipping by 131 to 74,716, following the previous week’s reported drop of 4,119.
These figures reflect individual orders reported under product code 25APM and exclude sales through the Mint’s bulk purchase programs. While no exact total has been published for those channels, Jill Westeyn, the Mint’s Deputy Chief of Public Affairs, told CoinNews that "10,000 units were allocated to the Authorized Bulk Purchase Program." Regarding the coin itself, she added, "The remaining inventory was depleted in less than five hours on the initial on-sale date."
Notably, sales for the individual option reopened this past Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. (ET), as previously confirmed by Westeyn. Customers who had signed up for email reminders were alerted several hours in advance. The product remained limited to one per household, and heavy initial traffic placed buyers in the Mint’s virtual waiting room. That system was eventually lifted, and as of this writing (Thursday, 10:02 a.m. ET), the coin remains available to pre-order.

People on E bay are selling them for a nice profit .Do you really think they are going to go up in value over the next few years?
My money is on them going down, down, down in price, just like most Mint items.
Craig,
Agree 100%…
Agree, historically yes and seems like a lot are bailing. Thought mint will raise the price for the next privy. Keeping HHL @1 tho, keeping it as a Ltd. “Hot” item, also historically when you think a USM item is going to a winner, it ain’t it a Weiner…
Army ASE is currently still available from yesterday’s re-launch, if the USM struck another 25,000.., those prices on eBay at $300 for OGP should already be coming down….
I’d be a bit peeved if I recently bought on the Bay, only to have them come available on 02 July…,
USM is starting to under-run stated Mintages.., since FHG in Nov ‘24
That’s why I fired the Mint. If not for an Army MIA Uncle they would be completely dead to me. Sacgewa gold, good luck no doubt an announced 10k mintage w 1/3rd for big uns and the cut to 5k for us suckers
JQC – I have objectively thought about the ‘why’ in releasing a Sacagawea 25th Anniversary coin..,
And I got nutt’n.., I don’t get it,
The Saca’G has not utility.., no adoption.., ‘Sucker’s’ is right…, It seems to me a totally unnecessary release, and I question the rationale of the Mint’s numismatic product line manger thinking,
Let’s see.. let’s do a 25th Anny of Sacagawea in gold, and take a total pass on something badass like a fractional Buffalo or enhanced with them laser.., IDK???!!!!!
I’d like to see another set of fractional Buffalo coins, but what would the mint want for them…..$10K?
They are so cool. I got a few proof and a set of the Uncs. They’ve popped well buying Au value. Fractional called for even more w Au near $3,5oo….
Au Sac indeed Why? Not super popular nowadays. Money grab? And as afar as legs, aftermarket the FHG for u or a gold Sacagawea, reverse design TBD….
Confused…said 100,000 limit with 10,000 going to bulk….shows approx. Total sales of 74,000, so should be around 15,000 left to sell…not sure how you arrive at Mint producing 25,000 additional.
Good question!
Go take a gander the 08 June Sales Report.., see anything in common with the others?
Florida innovation dollar
The only one listed as available at the Mint are the 100 coin bag from Denver.
Supposedly around 380 left, 118 were sold in the last week. will be curious to see how long those last…
Tom: I like the Innovation coins. But noticed the 2022 Vermont sold (1) Denver bag on sales. OK, this coin has been sold out for 1 1/2 to 2 years. I’m on their web site 10 times a day 7 days a week just purchased the Ohio and Indiana bags which are on the web site but out of stock now. Vermont never showed up on the page. If you noticed the Mint has deleted many of their innovation coins past pictures, also on their products scheduling later years 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022. I just find the Mint questionable,… Read more »
The Army Proof ASE: 74,716 coins had been ordered and reported on 6/29.
“These figures reflect individual orders reported under product code 25APM and excludes sales through the Mint’s bulk purchase programs.”
“10,000 units were allocated to the Authorized Bulk Purchase Program.”
It is my understanding that the 10,000 individual 25APM orders are included in the 74,716 sales report. Sales posted on 6/8 were ordered through one of the Mint’s Bulk Purchase Programs. Maybe I’m wrong.
I smell shenanigans
Should the Army Proof ASE remain available to pre-order tomorrow (7/4/25) at noon ET (or 1:30 pm ET), I wonder if the HHL of 1 will be lifted.
Rich,
I hope they keep the HHL intact so I don’t have to consider buying another one. Lol. I like collecting unusual mint coins, but I don’t have to own a handful of them as I don’t think they will increase in value much over time. I have to say it is a bit disappointing to see such little interest in the returned Army privy ASE’s on the mints website. Is money that limited in America these days or is it the high price point for most mint products? Cheers and have a Happy 4th!
Same here, Craig. I’m satisfied to have been able to acquire the one, but will probably check it out tomorrow to see what happens. Thanks and Happy Independence Day!
Speaking of Household Order Limits, Rich, REB, John Q, Rick, E1, others that were just happy to be able to order one, Mint direct versus on the secondary market. Here is an e-mail response I received yesterday from April Stafford, Acting Associate Director, Sales and Marketing United States Mint. Perhaps, maybe as some of you suggested, the e-mails I sent did have a direct impact on getting the HHL changed, from 3 to 1? “Dear CaliSkier: (my actual last name vs CN handle) Thank you for your email on June 5, 2025, concerning the household order limit (HHOL) for… Read more »
Again, good work, Cali. They’re listening to you.
Well done, Cali. We appreciate your effort in helping make this happen. Maybe the Mint will also consider setting the HHOL = 1 for the 2025 ASE Proof – Laser Beam Privy Mark.
I second REB and Rich’s sentiment, Cali.
The collectors appreciate the chance at one, and the small time flippers not so much. Now for some speculation:
If the HHL x 1 is lifted, they could be gone quickly, but the hype is diminishing just as fast as the demand is for 1 coin currently. 75k total and this would’ve been a very hot release, and everyone still would’ve got their 1 OGP @ 1 per HH, and the ‘Advanced’ label collectors would’ve got theirs from the Bigs imo.
Cali you are the burr in USMs saddle!!!! Great doggedness ! I would have been happier getting a FHG considering I have pushed for classic reissues, especially STELLA for years, even a a USM seminar. 1804 Dollar, 1849 $20 lib, wire edged $10,€agle, silver, center, cent in gold, a Pan Pacific silver $lug medal, think of that! But, I saw Ventris selected or others, walkers, saints….Zzzzzz
Compliment your taste for the classics. My father’s favorite was the 1915-S $2.50 Panama-Pacific.
What is going on on the obverse? Is Liberty riding a hybrid horse/serpent sidesaddle?
REB,
Source: Ron Guth (PCGS), “Charles Barber designed the obverse of these coins using a mythological hippocampus to transport the allegorical female figure of Columbia across the water. Columbia carries a caduceus as a nod to the successful medical triumph over the yellow fever that afflicted many of the canal’s builders. The reverse, designed by George Morgan, was a throwback to his defiant eagle motif used on some pattern coins from the 1870s.”
Over 25,000 workers died building the Panama Canal.
Thanks for the background information, Rich.
JQC,
I’ve stated the same desire to see a revisiting of the classic designs from days long past. I’d also like them to press them in their original metal, instead of using only Au.
I am on the fence on this re-release. It would appear that the folks that were able to actually get one were profitable as the raw versions had somewhat settled in the $270 range of value. Once again, as KC&SO mentioned, the mint has re-introduced – perhaps “flooded” the market again. I am sure folks are happy to get one that missed out but it ought to have been for around 5k of them. Why you ask? The mint simply will not allow anything to take off – they do things (like this re-release) that will certainly make the values… Read more »
Good point. Get the first sellout and that’s it. Whatever gets returned, gets returned. It makes even less sense to keep selling when one considers that the coins have likely not even been struck yet.
American Eagle 2025 One Ounce Silver Coin – Laser Beam Privy Mark
What’s this release about? Any thoughts?
Is this a laser engraved privy of a soaring eagle, like on the ASE BU that was released earlier this year?
Or a privy of the US Mint Seal, that is laser engraved, so the mint can celebrate their new toy?
Hmmmmm…, may be that Super Hero character that shoots laser beams from their eyes.., what’s his name???! ;7
It’s about money and figuring out how to milk as much as you can from collectors till they give up, demand destruction well in play. Mint needs to close out and delete many, many, many items. 2018 coins, now there is an inve$tment
Ya’ll check out the mint’s home page –
2026 Semiquincentennial Coin Program designs are being showcased monthly..,
I don’t know what to think.., While I never met a mermaid I didn’t like.., this one is confusing me…
2026 is going to be an absolute $&!+show.., & likely very expensive.., In addition to releasing newly designed circulating coins in 2026, the U.S. Mint will issue five special Best of the Mint numismatic coin and medal sets as part of this journey through history. These five special sets will include 24-karat 99.99% fine gold coins reissued as faithful representations of the historic designs with the original dates of issue to acknowledge each coin’s place in history. The coins will also bear a special Semiquincentennial Liberty Bell privy mark with the numeral “250.” Each coin will also have a 1 oz. silver… Read more »
KC&SO, Uhh.. Ummm… Hmmmm…. Ok??? Along the lines of the ol’, “a swing and a miss”? No one asked me, however I am not a fan of the Mercury Dime being chosen again, as it’s already been done(2016) and should not have even made it into the survey for a possibility to have been selected IMO. Is anyone at the U.S. Mint familiar with “Composition and Balance” and how that relates to art? I won’t even get into the silver medal on this rant! It’s coming though! LOL This 2026(1916) Mercury Dime/Winged Liberty gold rendition is a complete miss IMHO.… Read more »
Still waiting for that Gold Franklin Half.
There’s a beautiful Gold Replica Franklin recently made by Rick Tomaska via Private Mint, but the peanut gallery around here didn’t like it too much. Beautiful piece anyway.
https://www.coinnews.net/2025/04/25/rctv-unveils-2025-75th-anniversary-benjamin-franklin-commemoratives/
Yes, those are definitely pleasing to the eye. BTW, Mr. Tomaska recently released a $4 Coiled Hair Gold Stella replica too.

Cheers
No “T” mint mark? Maybe next time.
Stellla, been wanting one since 1970s! Good reisssue tribute, yeah baby, say what another Mercury, Ag, Au, Pd enough
Well, unneeded, unnecessary but IF you missed it before another chance and a $120:Ag medal hostage along for the bank withdrawal…..really Mercury gheesh think of all the 19th Cent issues, a gold seated quarter…? Patterns….so with unlimited choice the mint not only takes strike 3, they use the same ball every inNING.
BUT, for who is in charge NOBODY, and imagination lacks, Spongbob would be a better Director!
The 250th email has gone out with the mercury dime advertisement.
I do love the design but isn’t it already covered on the palladium coin?
Just a refresher course… The 2016 Mercury Dime Centennial 1/10 oz. Gold coin (Winged Head Liberty) was released on April 21, 2016. Mintage limit was 125,000 with an initial HHL of 10. I was able to purchase 20 coins @ $205.00/coin before the initial ‘back order’ sign was hung up in 20 minutes and the ‘currently unavailable’ sign was hung up in 41 minutes. The problem was the Mint re-released 8,000+ coins in December of 2016. Any previous purchaser was unable to purchase again and this time the HHL was lowered to 1. The second re-release… Read more »
You could have just bought bullion gold and got the same return if not better as no absurdly high mint premium was involved.
East Coast Guru,
“You could have just bought bullion gold and got the same return if not better”
Not exactly.
Cag,
Good on you for getting a higher price at this time if you sold. JM Bulliion is offering $375 for the gold mercury coins in OGP. I haven’t looked what 1/10 gold eagles sold for in 2016. But it you can get 144% ROI, congrats.
LOL.
cagcrisp,
Very interesting information and example. I am curious about, “My TPG friend has offered to turn my initial investment of $4,100 into $10k on several different occasions, however, I tell him they will be worth $20k in 2032.” In particular, is the value of $20k doubling based on gold reaching a price of ~ $5,000 per ounce in 2032? Are you expecting the next major high for gold to be ~ $5,000 in the year 2032? Incidentally, John Paulson predicts the price of gold could reach $5,000 an ounce by 2028.
Rich, “In particular, is the value of $20k doubling based on gold reaching a price of ~ $5,000 per ounce in 2032?” My estimate is that Gold will be $7,000.00 per ounce whenever the Social Security Trust Fund becomes insolvent. You pick the date. The passage of Secure Act 2.0 on December 29, 2022, determined Social Security’s future. The projected timeline for the depletion of Social Security Trust Fund has been revised, indicating that funds may be exhausted sooner than previously estimated. The Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget now estimates fall of 2032 for Social Security Trust Fund… Read more »
Cag: thanks for sharing your analysis and expectations for “what is to come”. You have assessed all parameters that impact PM values which will shape future values. A quatrain for the ages…
DItto HarryB – thanks much for that explanation, much to unpack!
2032 is not that far away. I’ll be 67 and will be at ”full retirement age” by then. Maybe I won’t “retire” after all?
I have one 2016 Gold Dime, and thanks for the pep talk!
Cag, much obliged for the succinct reply and sharing this valuable information and gold forecast with us.

Hoodwinked! What is going on with and at the U.S. Mint? The 2025 American Silver Eagle 250th Anniversary Army Privy coin is akin to the “Energizer Bunny”? After 31/2 hours of continued non stop sales on June 13 and an apparent sell out, here we are on July 4th, with literally, thousands of coins available(9,000+) for sale? They were gone and now they’re back! They were almost gone, and they are back with more? Talk about a carnival game on the “Midway”? Penn and Teller, David Blaine and the man himself, Harry Houdini would be proud! Make em’ disappear, Poof,… Read more »
Also, some may find this throwback(2023) article here on Coin News to be of interest as well? “Physical Bitcoin Sales Tops $4 Million at Stack’s Bowers”
Excerpt: “The August 2023 sale was headlined by an incredible Specimen-68 (PCGS) 2012 Casascius 10 Bitcoin which sold for $312,000 – a significant 20% premium above the loaded value. It was originally purchased for about $170 in October 2012 when bitcoin was trading at around $10.”
PS That 10 Bitcoin coin above, purchased originally for $107, then $312K at auction, is currently worth over $1.7 Million! Talk about a serious ROI!

This US Army privy continued availability does seem odd. The mint sold over 200k of the regular W ASE’s. Why this W ASE with the army privy has not sold better to collectors is a bit of a mystery. A number of things at play here. However, raising the HHL now would get a sellout quickly. Looking at the mints product offerings, most items you are lucky to get a return of your investment vs return on investment. That’s why it’s a hobby or money pit…especially with the mint.
‘That’s why it’s a hobby or money pit…especially with the mint’…couldn’t agree more ECG, particularly in recent years!
CaliSkier, Did you have to include Rolex, my favourite watch brand, in your rant? Lol. I did buy a small amount of Bitcoin back in the day, but I’ve sold most as it rocketed up to over 100K. Just as you’ve illustrated with the Army privy ASE’s being produced, or offered, at mintages above and beyond the original 100K limit, I have a feeling Bitcoin could and would be ‘mined’ above their limit. When there’s money to be made, unscrupulous people will do anything for it! I don’t think folks are going to make much money buying mint products and… Read more »
Semi-Quin-Centennial
“Semiquincentennial” translates to “250th anniversary.” It can also be called a “sestercentennial” or “bisesquicentennial”. The term “semiquincentennial” is derived from Latin, where “semi” = half, “quin” = five, and “centennial” = 100 years. Meaning “half of 500 years.”
As of today, 1 more year left to go. Happy Fourth of July Y’all!
Thanks E1, for the great song and fireworks in DC! Also, not sure if you all are aware, however the Mint has moved up the shipping date from July 29, to Tuesday July 8 for the 2025 ASE 250th Anniversary Army Privy coins. You can see the shipping date by placing product in your shopping bag.
Saw that Cali, so he timely order’s still show 7-28, order today get it Tuesday …

What makes a Market? Answer: Differing perspectives. KC&SO said “2026 is going to be an absolute $&!+show.., & likely very expensive..,” John Q. Coinage said “I fired the Mint” KC&SO said “I have objectively thought about the ‘why’ in releasing a Sacagawea 25th Anniversary coin.., And I got nutt’n.., I don’t get it, The Saca’G has not utility.., no adoption.., ‘Sucker’s’ is right…, It seems to me a totally unnecessary release” CaliSkier said “I am contemplating the 2025 Sacagawea or 2025 American Liberty.” While the vast majority of posters on here are happy to have purchased the 2026 Army privy… Read more »

The 2025 Army PF ASE looks to be a repeat of the 2016 Gold Tribute Dime.
Next time maybe the Mint will stick with HHL = None on day two, and the conversation might have a different tone to it.
Here’s some perspective on another offering:
..In Feb of 2024 the L&B Gold cost $3020 on day one from the Mint, or a pre-sale PF70 for $3500 from a Big. The coin was deemed an expensive loser by some, while others saw potential. Now, the graded coin will realize no less than $6k.
What makes a Market? Differing perspectives…
… and a slightly different (but related) perspective – mint to order. Whether it’s a 24-hour or 48-hour or 4-week pre-production ordering window, I don’t care. Once the time’s up, shut down orders and strike the ordered number of coins.
Collectible coins in today’s world should first and foremost be about COLLECTORS. The L&B, though not perfect in its execution, was a step in the right direction.
REVERAND. But, modern US mint views published mintage limits as estimates or goals, not reality. Fudged up and down while we get the drippings
Agreed, but Collectable coins in today’s world are a Mint Side Gig, and are intended to gain profit, keep jobs, etc it seems. Collectors are not necessarily considered first & foremost, but they try, and do a good job overall. Creating coinage for the FED to meet public demand is supposed to be a priority for the Mint?
Just remember this. The COLLECTOR Coins that you’re chasing(First & last)for big bucks, were created for public demand at one time…
True. But from my reading it’s interesting how little many of the coins from the 1800s actually circulated with the “public”. Many/most traveled from one bank vault to another without many human hands touching them. The west seemed to be the exception to the rule. Early San Francisco and Carson City coins circulated quite a bit, which is likely the reason why so few are found in the highest grades.
Bank notes seemed rule for the century, both before and after a federal currency.
Public/Banking/Circulation coinage, etc…
Thanks for sharing your level of knowledge on the subject, REB. ✓
No one is going to retire off of these, however for varying reasons, IMO here are some winning picks for 2025. The ASE’s with 250th Anniversary U.S. Military(3) and Laser Beam Privies, the “25th Anniversary Sacagawea 2025 Golden Dollar 24K One Half-Ounce Gold Proof Coin”, the “American Liberty 2025 High Relief Gold Coin” and Silver Medal, the 2025 American Gold Buffalo Proof, the annual 2025 Uncirculated and Silver Proof sets, as well as the 2025 American Innovation Proof Set. The “sets” are winners, due to the first 2 being the lowest mintages since 1958 and 1953 respectively, as well as… Read more »
Maybe Cali, for a long, LONG time I thought low mintage sets and issues would always, pop. Mint sets, clad sets kinda a drag until the dust settles a year or two later. Porgans May become 5he new 2018 10th Z Liberty available for years…and years
mintages come into play 1804 reissue, getting one will likely be like picking up a moon rock

Those dastardly rascles at the USM are stamping out more….
I would think that the HHL x 1 will finally be lifted once shipping begins on Tue. Get the sellout completed already.
@KC&SO and Rick,
The acting Mint Director is making some rookie mistakes…
REVERAND Cag. Wonder if any competent person is about, but POTUS has the mint low on his totem pole. And they just banned totem poles…..
Rick, why do I have a hunch that “the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing” at the Mint? Perhaps, just a few too many “trips” in my own “Mystery Machine”? Too many why’s or how comes and too little of, these are the facts, “just the facts mam”, leading to things not being crystal clear? The U.S. Mint is one zany bunch of tea leaves to attend to read and digest! We see, what we see, however, it makes no “cents”. How can the Mint update the site, in one spot and not another? The 25APMAB… Read more »
When the dust settles on this pre-sale, the final mintage figure should (better) not exceed the mintage limit of 100,000. It would appear as you said, “So did they strike less than the Maximum, to begin with and then after seeing how in demand or popular the product was, decided to strike the final amount?” The latest sales figure of 74,716 through 6/29/25 seems to support an initial “authorized mintage” of 75,000, 75% of the mintage/product limit = 100,000.
Well said Cali, I’m getting a bit burned out on all of this Army back & forth, so I’ll pass on adding more opinions for now & let it go.
What You, Cag, Rich, KC, Tony, & REB said works for me. Next week we’ll see what’s next for this bizzare release.
It’s crazy, I just cancelled the Army ASE I really just can’t ignore the mint’s propensity to fu€k up at every chance or mince, manipulate & mismanage stuff. At 105$ it’s no bargain. I have 5 sets of 2011 Anniversary Sets same mintage that yield about a $100/150 profit after 15YEAR…..
How ironic you cancelled John Q, as I predict and foresee additional cancellations. With this Army Privy sale, looking more and more like the Energizer Bunny, it just keeps going and going and going and going, I’m now thinking my previous hypothetical “Devil’s Advocate” idea, just might make “cents”? Market demand has been satisfied and we are now on a very slow trickle of sales. Unless the HHL is lifted, we may have a week to 3 weeks or more, left to sell the remaining 6,000+ coins? There are going to be additional cancellations before all is said and done.… Read more »
2013 “MS Enhanced Mint State” sounds like something either in a bogus title or description? Not on a legit label. Do you have a pic or link of the above?
2013 has the: 1) W-Enhanced Unc(from the Mint’s West Point set), and the: 2) W-Burnished Unc(solo, and also included in the Annual Unc 6 coin Set),
Both are in the SP category.
I’m leaving the 2 PF’s, & 1 or 2 MS(bullion) versions out of the equation for now.
Rick, I was blown away at the number of listings with this label. Coin looks legit and you can find them at more than one major bullion/coin dealer as well as all over EBay. Simply run a 2013 W Enhanced Mint State MS70 search. Apmex, Pinehurst, Mount Vernon, etc. PS Coin Week has an article titled: “2013-W American Silver Eagle Enhanced Uncirculated Market Data and Noteworthy Specimens” with completed listings and they list both the PCGS SP and MS versions I mention. Picture from eBay and link to a November 2013 Heritage auction with a PCGS label using the same… Read more »
Rick there is also this PCGS Auction Prices page and link showing both MS and SP designations as well.
“Silver Eagles, 2013-W Enhanced Silver Eagle SP $1”. Ironically on the PCGS Auction Prices page 2, they list NGC as also having MS designation, however all the ones where I checked the auction listing link, the label actually had the SP designation. CACG has chosen to use MS also.
https://www.pcgs.com/auctionprices/details/2013-w-enhanced-silver-eagle-sp-1/517955
I see that. When the old holders that read MS on them, they list them accordingly(at auction). When the New holders that read SP — same idea. I would list them as labelled as well – to be 100% accurate as to what I’m selling…
I see that with CAC too, good eye Cali
Wow oh yeah that’s confusing, thanks for the pics & link.
What an abomination from what the Mint called them in 2013(they called it “Enhanced Uncirculated”) right inside the COA.
Looks like that’s how PCGS labeled/described them back then. And what we’re seeing is “old stock” for sale when we see “Enhanced Mint State” on the labels.
PCGS does NOT label them that way today.
Here’s how PCGS labeled my 2012 & 2013 sets last year ⇊
Thanks for the heads up Cali…
JQC, I feel your frustration at the lack of value appreciation on those 2011 sets, as I own 8 of them, but I’d rather they find some of those girls in Texas alive after the unimaginable flooding than see a cent of profit from them. Coins are interesting to me, but coins don’t compare at all to life. To be swept away by a 20-30 foot wall of raging water in the middle of the night is something my mind simply can’t comprehend. Anyway, I’m keeping the Army privy ASE and I’ll get the Navy privy ASE, but that might… Read more »

@cagcrisp, What do you estimate gold to be priced at this time next year?
2cents, You give me answers to three things: Tariffs, Federal Reserve Chai and Sovereign Wealth Fund, and I will give you a one year estimate. Tariffs. On April 2, 2025, (Liberation Day) the tariffs were announced after the market closed. The two days following, the Nasdaq was down 13.3% and the S&P 500 was down 12.1%. Four trading days later on April 8, 2025, after the 10-year Treasury hit 4.50% overnight, POTUS announced “90 day tariff pause for the countries that didn’t retaliate”. Nasdaq went up 12.2% and S&P 500 went up 9.5% in one day. We are still in… Read more »
@cagcrisp, Thank you for the insightful and wise response. As usual you are correct that there is much to consider when estimating the movement of gold. We also have the dreaded echos of war in the background that rise and lower constantly seemingly based on whims and some very serious threats.
I’ll throw out $3,950 for this time next year. If I am right, I expect much kudos and pats on the back from all of you. If I am wrong, well, I’ll still have my gold so there’s that.
The raising of pricing in July 2024 on silver products, definitely affected sales negatively regarding the 2024 Morgan and Peace products. The U.S. Mint is sitting on literally a plethora of 2024 Morgan and Peace dollars, as well as 2024 American Silver Eagle products. Hence this years lower mintage for the 2025 Morgan and Peace $1 Uncirculateds being released in a few days. Think the Mint forgot the basics of economics.” They jumped from $76 to $91.… Read more »

But, we grow tired of overpriced, repetitive stuff being churned out,ONE YEAR REVERAND Cali!!!
