The 2023-W $25 Uncirculated American Palladium Eagle, debuting today at noon ET from the United States Mint in a very limited mintage with a correspondingly high price tag, is struck from one ounce of 99.95% palladium.

Palladium Eagle Designs and Specifications
The designs of the Palladium Eagle series were mandated by Congress through the law that authorized their creation.
Displayed on the coin’s obverse is Weinman’s left-facing portrait of Winged Liberty, encircled by inscriptions including "LIBERTY," "IN GOD WE TRUST," "2023," and Weinman’s distinct initials. Additionally, a mint mark of ‘W’ signifies the coin’s production at the West Point Mint.

On the reverse, an eagle is depicted holding a branch in its beak and clasping another with one of its talons. Surrounding the design are inscriptions of "UNITED STATES of AMERICA," "$25," "1 OZ. Pd" (the chemical symbol for palladium), ".9995 FINE," and "E PLURIBUS UNUM."
