US Mint Sales: 2019 Silver Proof Set Holds Top Spot

The United States Mint’s recently released 2019 Silver Proof Set held the top sales spot for a second week in a row.

In the latest round of weekly sales stats, the proof set advanced 16,856 for a 12-day total of 208,526. By comparison, it took nearly 3-1/2 months for last year’s set to reach the same level.

  6. 2019-W $50 American Gold Buffalo Proof Coin (+936 to 7,387)
  7. 2019 America the Beautiful Quarters Silver Proof Set (+489 to 54,000)
  8. 2019-P Proof American Legion Silver Dollar (+485 to 25,749)
  9. 2019 America the Beautiful Quarters Proof Set (+483 to 50,453)
  10. 2018-S Proof American Innovation Dollar (+455 to 176,142)

In its latest report, the U.S. Mint published sales data for 139 numismatic products. Forty of them outperformed their prior weekly gains against 72 previously. Five products increased by more than 1,000 units compared to 6 previously.

In addition, 5 products saw their sales reduced against 1 previously. Reductions ranged from 3 units to 661 units.
