The Professional Coin Grading Service (PCGS) will offer on-site authentication and grading services at the upcoming American Numismatic Association (ANA) National Money Show™, March 13 – 15, 2009. The three-day convention will be held in the Oregon Convention Center, Hall C, at 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Portland, Oregon.
Collectors and dealers can meet PCGS President Don Willis during an informal "Meet the Expert" session at the booth (#328) on Friday, March 13. He will be available to give personal opinions about your coins from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. that day.
As an educational tool, selected examples of counterfeit coins from the PCGS Reference Set will be displayed during the three-day show.
PCGS will be accepting on-site submissions for both on-site and home office grading, and representatives will be available to answer your questions and accept submissions for all levels of service. On-site turnaround is targeted at 24 hours for Regular show submissions, and two to three hours for Show Express. Please check with PCGS personnel for exact hours that each submission type will be accepted.
The public hours of the ANA National Money Show are Friday and Saturday, March 13 and 14, from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and on Sunday, March 15, from 10 a.m. to 2 pm. Admission is free. For additional information, visit www.money.org.
