Limited to 100,000 coins and struck at the West Point Mint, the proof silver dollar carries an initial household order limit of one.

According to the Mint, the coins "are minted using laser-engraved master dies, allowing for more detailed designs and improving the quality of finished coins," and they include "a special laser-engraved privy mark."

In a nod to the technology used to create the privy mark, the design depicts a stylized laser beam with rays emanating from the dot at the center. All of this is encompassed in a nearly complete circle.

The privy mark appears on the coin’s obverse (heads side), alongside Adolph A. Weinman’s full-length figure of Liberty. She is depicted in stride, draped in folds of the flag, with her right hand extended and branches of laurel and oak cradled in her left.

Weinman’s design first appeared on half dollars from 1916 to 1947 and was introduced to the American Silver Eagle series in 1986. In 2021, it was refined using historical assets to more closely reflect the artist’s original vision, including the addition of his traditional mark. Obverse inscriptions read "LIBERTY," "IN GOD WE TRUST," and "2025."

The reverse (tails side) features an eagle approaching a landing with an oak branch in its talons, suggesting it will add it to is nest. Created by artist Emily Damstra and sculpted by Michael Gaudioso, the design was first introduced to the Silver Eagle series in 2021. Inscriptions read "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," "E PLURIBUS UNUM," "1 OZ. FINE SILVER," and "ONE DOLLAR."

Each coin also carries a reeded edge variation, incorporated as an added security feature.
