CAC is both grading and putting their CAC sticker on these coins. Is that kosher?

Not sure how CAC is going to make real inroads into the third party grading business ..their stickers on other graders’ coins could be viewed as an insult to them. I see now CAC is introducing their own grading standards for Morgan dollars….what’s wrong with Photograde? I am no expert but I have examined a few coins with their sticker and felt the coin was actually over graded to begin with.
