US Mint Sales: 2019-S Enhanced Reverse Proof Silver Eagle Rises
Core 2020-dated United States Mint products registered the most sales during the week ending Aug. 2, led by the 2020-W Proof Silver Eagle with its increase of 7,969 for a total of 316,695 coins.
The collectible was also the U.S. Mint's strongest seller a week earlier, when it topped the 300,000 mark through six months of sales. Last year's edition ended with individual sales of 345,380 coins [...]
U.S. Mint PSA Regarding Circulation Coins
The United States Mint has released a Public Service Announcement (PSA) addressing the current coin circulation issue.
In the PSA, Mint Director David J. Ryder asks the public to "help get coins moving by using exact change when making purchases, taking your coins to financial institutions, or turning them in for cash at coin recycling kiosks" [...]
Gold Extends Record; Silver Logs Fresh Multi-Year High
Precious metals registered across-the-board gains for a second day in a row Wednesday. Silver marked a fresh, more than seven-year high. Gold scored another record -- its fourth straight, and logged its thirteenth increase in fourteen sessions.
