Buyers can now order one of the major annual sets from the U.S. Mint, this year’s United States Mint America the Beautiful Quarters Silver Proof Set™.
The Mint launched the 2011 ATB quarters set on Friday, April 1, with updated pricing of $41.95 — two more dollars than it had planned earlier in the year when the cost of silver was significantly lower.
For the $41.95 price, plus shipping and handling, buyers will receive five America the Beautiful Quarters® that are made in San Francisco out of 90% silver coin blanks. The coins are encased in a standard plastic lens for protection and viewing. The lens includes the:
- 2011-S Gettysburg National Military Park (Pennsylvania)
- 2011-S Glacier National Park (Montana)
- 2011-S Olympic National Park (Washington)
- 2011-S Vicksburg National Military Park (Mississippi)
- 2011-S Chickasaw National Recreation Area (Oklahoma)
