2012 Proof and Reverse Proof American Silver Eagle

While June is not typically considered a peak period for coin collecting, the United States Mint indicates several new and popular products will be released during the month. In fact, the newest version of the U.S. Mint’s product schedule shows eight new releases will make their debuts in June.

Of those eight, one contains a commemorative silver dollar, one is a popular annual set and two are presidential $1 coin products. The remaining four releases include a special American Silver Eagle Set and three America the Beautiful Quarters® products — one of which is likely to be sought after by collectors in droves as it includes circulating coins with a mintmark new to the series.

The order of those releases along with a brief summary on each product follows.
