2013-W Proof Gold Eagles are among the many numismatic products listed to debut from the United States Mint in April, the bureau’s schedule shows.

These Gold Eagles will be joined by products from several other programs including America the Beautiful Quarters®, Presidential $1 Coins and Native American $1 Coins.

Sure to be one of the busiest of the year, the April product schedule includes a total of twenty-one unique items. Aside from the aforementioned ones, the U.S. Mint also plans to release two products ideal for gift-giving — Happy Birthday Coin Sets and the Congratulations Sets.

A majority of the prices of these pending releases are also known. The exceptions are the 2013-W Proof Gold Eagles, which will be priced the Wednesday before their release. Their pricing is subject to change weekly as the U.S. Mint ties its numismatic gold coin prices to fluctuations in the precious metal market.

The table below lists the April 2013 U.S. Mint releases in the order they are scheduled to happen. Following the table, brief information is offered on those products.

Offered below are brief descriptions of the pending releases:

4.01.2013 – 2013 Perry’s Victory and International Peace Memorial Quarter Products

Coin Category: America the Beautiful Quarters | Opening Price: Varies dependent upon product

2013 Perry’s Victory and International Peace Memorial Quarters appear as the second 2013-dated releases of the U.S. Mint’s America the Beautiful Quarters Program. Shown on the reverse of the quarters is a design emblematic of the peace memorial located in the state of Ohio.

Four unique products are scheduled to be offered on April 1, and they all contain circulating quality Perry’s Victory and International Peace Memorial Quarters. One of those is a 40-coin roll with coins struck at the U.S. Mint’s facility in San Francisco. It will be offered for $18.95.

A two-roll set of the quarters will also be available with one roll containing 40 quarters struck in Philadelphia and one roll containing 40 quarters struck in Denver. The two-roll set is priced at $32.95.

100-coin bags of the Perry’s Victory quarters are scheduled to be sold for $34.95. Buyers will have the choice of coins struck in Philadelphia, Denver or San Francisco.

Finally, a three-roll set will also be offered. The three rolls include one containing coins from Philadelphia, one with coins from Denver and one with coins from San Francisco. The three-roll set is listed for $46.95.

4.11.2013 – 2013 Theodore Roosevelt Presidential $1 Coin Products

Four new products will launch on April 11 as part of the Presidential $1 Coin Program. All four products contain circulating quality 2013 Theodore Roosevelt Presidential $1 Coins which feature obverse portraits of Theodore Roosevelt, the 26th President of the United States.

25-coin rolls of the Theodore Roosevelt $1 Coins will be sold for $32.95 with buyers having the choice of dollar coins from Philadelphia or Denver. The same coins will also be available in 100-coin bags for $111.95, 250-coin boxes for $275.95 and 500-coin boxes for $550.95.

4.16.2013 – 2013 Perry’s Victory and International Peace Memorial Quarters Three-Coin Set

The 2013 Perry’s Victory and International Peace Memorial Quarters Three-Coin Set contains three different examples of the second 2013-dated America the Beautiful Quarters.

Those three quarters include:

• a proof 2013-S Perry’s Victory quarter from the San Francisco Mint
• an uncirculated 2013-P Perry’s Victory quarter from the Philadelphia Mint, and
• an uncirculated 2013-D Perry’s Victory quarter from the Denver Mint

These three quarters are attached to a durable plastic card that has a photographic image of the peace memorial and specifications of the quarters.

4.18.2013 – 2013-W Proof Gold Eagles

On April 18th, four different sized 2013-W Proof Gold Eagles will make their sales debut. In addition, a four-coin set will be offered that contains the 1 ounce and fractional 1/2 ounce, 1/4 ounce and 1/10 ounce coins.

The proof Gold Eagles debuted in 1986 alongside their bullion counterparts and have become an annual favorite for many collectors. Shown on the obverse of each coin is Liberty, as originally depicted by Augustus Saint-Gaudens for the 1907 $20 Double Eagle.

4.23.2013 – 2013 Native American $1 Coins

The 2013 Native American $1 Coin has a reverse emblematic of “The Delaware Treaty (1778)” theme. Shown on the obverse is a likeness of the famous Shoshone woman, Sacagawea.

These new $1 coins will be available in four different products on the 23rd of April, all in circulation quality. Products include 25-coin rolls for $32.95, 100-coin bags for $111.95, 250-coin boxes for $275.95 and 500-coin boxes for $550.95. For all of these options, buyers have the choice of coins struck at the U.S. Mint’s facility in Philadelphia or the facility in Denver.

4.25.2013 – 2013 America the Beautiful Quarters Uncirculated Coin Set™

The 2013 America the Beautiful Quarters Uncirculated Coin Set is a 10-coin set which contains five uncirculated America the Beautiful Quarters minted in Philadelphia and five minted in Denver. Included are two examples of each of the five 2013-dated America the Beautiful Quarters.

The quarters are attached to a durable folder which contains information about the including coins and the national sites they honor.

4.30.2013 – 2013 United States Mint Happy Birthday Coin Set

Believed to be included in the 2013 United States Mint Happy Birthday Coin Set are proof versions of the 2013 Lincoln cent, Jefferson nickel, Roosevelt dime, Mount Rushmore Memorial National Memorial quarter and the Kennedy half dollar. All five coins are struck to proof quality at the U.S. Mint’s facility in San Francisco.

The Happy Birthday Coin Set is a gift-giving option provided by the U.S. Mint for the first time this year.

4.30.2013 – 2013 United States Mint Congratulations Set

Another new gift option from the U.S. Mint is the 2013 Congratulation Set. Found in the set is a 2013-W Proof Silver Eagle struck at the U.S. Mint’s facility in West Point.

This is the same annual proof Silver Eagle available separately. The Congratulation Set includes special packaging for the special occasion.
