Is anybody else still waiting for their ASE Reverse Proof Set to arrive in the mail? Last Wednesday I received an email saying the coins had shipped and were due to arrive Tuesday Oct. 5. Here it is now Thursday Oct. 7 and clicking on the Tracking # provides, "In Transit, Arriving Late. Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility"

In reply to Richard Margolis. im in the same situation you're in. i also send my coins to NGC for grading. first release designation ends on oct13th. no way in hell i get them before that date at this point. i contacted them and they wont move the date as of today(10-5), and im sure there are more people like you and i just waiting for USPS update on shipping

In reply to Richard Margolis. My set arrived 10/4. I had to look closely for damage. The coins were not 'seated', they were loose in the presentation box. There may be some extra dings on the capsules but that's okay. They are nice looking coins. I hope everyone gets their sets soon & in great shape.

I received my Reverse Proof ASE set on this past Saturday. Small bummer: there is a small milk spot on the bottom part of the sun on my Type 1 eagle. I remember these being a problem with some ASE issues in the past (my 2006 Reverse Proof ASE developed some bad milk spotting many years ago- alas, it was actually certified as a 70 by PCGS before this happened). Be sure to rotate and check your ASE’s surfaces from different angles to detect any that you might have (or other surface imperfections). As for me, the coin is for my personal collection (and OGP is my first preference when collecting), and this spot not so disfiguring that I would not enjoy viewing the coin for hopefully the next couple of decades. And at this point, I doubt any coin provided in exchange (if allowed) would be any better in quality besides. Best of luck to everyone in receiving nice sets (or ones good enough for one’s purposes).
