Following are short summaries and estimated prices of the upcoming October and November 2012 product releases:

10.11.2012 – Alice Paul and Suffrage Movement First Spouse Gold Coin

Coin Category: First Spouse Gold Coins | Opening Price: $1,054.00 and $1,041.00

One of only two new products scheduled to appear from the U.S. Mint in October is the Alice Paul and Suffrage Movement First Spouse Gold Coin. The news of this release will likely be exciting to some. It marks a return to the series which debuted in 2007 that traditionally pays tribute to the spouses of the former Presidents of the United States.

The Alice Paul and the Suffrage Movement gold coin, however, does not actually feature a spouse of a President. Alice Paul was a famous American Suffragist whose work helped lead to the 19th amendment to the United States Constitution which prohibits U.S. citizens from being denied the right to vote based on sex.

Like all previous releases, this First Spouse Gold Coin is struck to proof and uncirculated qualities from 1/2 ounce of .9999 fine gold.

10.18.2012 – Chester Arthur Presidential $1 Coin & First Spouse Medal Set

Coin Category: Presidential Dollars | Opening Price: $9.95

The Mint’s product schedule for October 18 shows the Chester Arthur Presidential $1 Coin & First Spouse Medal Set. This set is expected to sell for $9.95 and includes one uncirculated Chester Arthur Presidential $1 Coin and one Alice Paul and the Suffrage Movement Bronze Medal.

The Alice Paul medal is a replicate of the gold coin issues earlier in the month. Typically, these gold coins and medals honor the spouses of the former U.S. Presidents. Chester Arthur served in office without a spouse, so in the authorizing legislation for the First Spouse Gold Coins (and these bronze medals), Congress mandated that Alice Paul, famous American Suffragist, be featured instead.

11.05.2012 – 2012 Denali National Park Quarters in Bags and Rolls

Coin Category: America the Beautiful Quarters | Opening Price: $18.95, $32.95 & $34.95

Several different products will be offered by the U.S. Mint with 2012 Denali National Park quarters. First up, circulation quality two-roll sets of the quarter struck in Philadelphia and Denver will be sold by the Mint for $32.95. Those interested in the same quarter struck to circulation quality in San Francisco may purchase one 40-coin roll for $18.95.

Also, 100-coin bags of the Denali National Park quarter will be sold for $34.95. Buyers have the choice of 100-coins struck at the U.S. Mint’s facilities in Philadelphia, Denver or San Francisco.

11.05.2012 – Denali National Park 5 Ounce Silver Uncirculated Coin

Category: National Park 5 oz Silver Coins | Opening Price: $229.95

The Denali National Park 5 Ounce Silver Uncirculated Coin is minted from five ounces of .999 fine silver. Because of the large precious metal content, pricing of the coin may change before release as the Mint adjusts its silver coin prices on occasion to better reflect recent market conditions.

This coin contains the same basic designs as found on the Denali National Park quarter, but features a much larger diameter of three inches. Maximum mintage of this release is 25,000.

11.08.2012 – 2012 America the Beautiful Quarters Circulating Coin Set

Coin Category: America the Beautiful Quarters | Opening Price: $9.95

The five 2012 America the Beautiful Quarters will each be represented by two different examples in the 2012 America the Beautiful Quarters Circulating Coin Set. One example will be struck at the U.S. Mint’s facility in Philadelphia and one will be struck at the U.S. Mint’s facility in Denver.

The 10-coin collection includes two El Yunque National Forest Quarters, two Chaco Culture National Historical Park Quarters, two Acadia National Park Quarters, two Hawaii Volcanoes National Park Quarters and two Denali National Park Quarters.

11.15.2012 – Grover Cleveland (2nd term) Presidential Dollar Rolls, Bags, and Boxes

Coin Category: Presidential Dollars | Opening Price: $32.95; $111.95; $275.95; & $550.95

On November 15, 2012, the U.S. Mint will release the Grover Cleveland (2nd term) Presidential $1 coins in rolls, bags, and boxes. Products available will include 25-coin rolls for $32.95; 100-coin bags for $111.95; 250-coin boxes for $275.95; and 500-coin boxes for $550.95.

All of the above options contain circulating quality $1’s with buyers having the choice of coins struck at the U.S. Mint’s facilities in Philadelphia or Denver.

Remaining 2012 First Spouse Gold Coins Not Scheduled Yet

Coin Category: First Spouse Gold Coins

Three more First Spouse Gold Coins will be issued by the U.S. Mint in 2012. These three include coins honoring Frances Cleveland (First Term), Caroline Harrison and Frances Cleveland (Second Term).

As of yet, the U.S. Mint has not indicated a specific release date for any of these three. However, it is extremely likely that one (if not more) will be issued before the end of November.
