in Presidential Dollars, US Mint Product Schedule

Unless changes are made to the United State Mint’s product schedule, October will be the quietest month of the year for releases.

Coin collectors have just one day, October 17, 2013, to look forward to new products. That’s when the U.S. Mint will release Woodrow Wilson Presidential $1 Coins in rolls, bags, and boxes.

With no other products scheduled to launch in October, it uncharacteristically marks a second straight month of few releases. There were only two U.S. Mint products on two different days that launched in September — the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Discovery Set and the Fort McHenry Quarters Three-Coin Set.

As for the Woodrow Wilson Presidential dollars, here’s a listing of the product options and prices.

All the $1 coins are all in circulating quality with production locations for them at the U.S. Mint facilities in either Philadelphia or Denver, as noted with the "P" and "D" notations above. Each coin will have one of the mint marks.

Woodrow Wilson Presidential dollars are the last of the Presidential $1 Coins for this year and the 28th overall in the series. A portrait of the president, by Don Everhart, appears on the obverse or heads side of the coins along with inscriptions: WOODROW WILSON, IN GOD WE TRUST, 28th PRESIDENT and 1913 – 1921.

Reverses of all the Presidential dollars bear Everhart’s depiction of the Statue of Liberty along with inscriptions: "United States of America" and "$1."

Edges of Presidential dollars have "2013, "E Pluribus Unum," and the mint mark talked about earlier.

The three previous dollars for 2013 honored and featured portraits of William McKinley, Theodore Roosevelt and William Howard Taft.
