I&#039;ve got the 2022 Black Toonie roll. I wonder now if they are covered by reciprocal tariff.  HTS says the standard tariff on coins is 0%, but if there is the reciprocal tariff then that tacks on extra percentage.  Then the shipper might charge a processing fee.]]></description>
