Nice on the diligence @REB. I think I may have had the opposite problem. The day that the 2025 Liberty Gold was supposed to deliver I went home from work to wait for it (the postman for these signature delivery seems to be quite regular in terms of timing) I checked that it had not been delivered when I got home. I waited and then it show as “recipient unavailable to sign” I heard no knock on the door. I had no notice. It almost seemed like no deliver attempt was made. I went to the post office to pick it up the next day. I got the notice in my mail box a day or two later. I gave the postman the benefit of the doubt and assume he got there before I got home and only did the status update later…forgetting to leave the notice.

I like the cactus as well Rich. That one is probably my second favorite. The plats make nice proofs and don’t tarnish like silver can do sometimes.

Yeah, good case in point were the 2025 pennies … ‘supposedly’ the mint was going to cut back on the mintage of those earlier on in the year …. instead of much later, which is why a lot of earlier investors got burned on those.

As they should be … but then, I suppose it’s no big surprise, considering how much the mint luves to take advantage of current silver prices as much as possible so they can milk loyal customers whenever they can!

Yep, after few months those rolls will be little bit over face value.
