They may produce a limited number of Uncirculated Mint Sets....But, they could turn around and produce tens of billions of the other coins for circulation, bags, and roll sets. However, the 1776-2026 Lincoln Shield Cent will be the stand-out. A lot of these sets may get chopped up and sold as singles on eBay.

Best bet, like you said, buy as many 2026 Uncirculated Mint Sets that you can afford. In my case, that might be 1 or 2. Also, there might be a special 2026 PDSS Lincoln Shield Cent set and a 2026 P&D roll set. Nothing has been announced or posted on the Mint's website for those. But, I'm pretty sure they will do something.

Anything 1982 and older, due to the copper content. Also, look for cameos.

2005-2010 for the SMS pennies.

2009 Proofs - Solid Copper (Bronze).

2010 or newer due to the low mintage. But 2020-2025 are the money coins.

Also, it is still possible to build a complete Gem Lincoln Memorial Set in a Dansco for $500. The 1970-S Small Date and the 1979-S Type 2 will be the most expensive.

$24.99 for about $130 in silver - nice!

It pays to have a keen eye.

I have a solid cast silver napkin holder that weights about 2 pounds. I bought it when silver was about $4/ounce. Maybe I should dig it out.

Cheers

E1,
Lots of stuff coming out of the woodwork - yep, a whole new market. Just this week a 'thrifty' coin collector posted his score from an overly busy 'thrift' store on eBay. Two "vintage" birthday cards from the early 60's.
The birthday cards are the kind that you put coin money into, but the seller left the money in the cards and didn't realize what the money was.
Yep, 20 Silver dimes worth $130 had sold for $30 bucks...

Cag,

If the Supreme Court decides that the tariffs are unconstitutional or a violation of presidential authority......

What direction do you think metals will go and what direction do you think the stock market will go?

Just curious
