That's why the mint discontinued the 4 coin set boxes. I got ahold of some non-ridged holders to make the coins fit properly.

Just be aware that in '08, the Mint changed/enlarged the spouse capsule & box design to better grip the coin in hand and to not slip from the OGP slot.

One would need to get the non-ridged/smaller 26.5mm capsules to make the OGP Liberty 4-coin set functional. See the old vs new capsule differences below...

Love the Liberty Subset. After the 2010 Buchanan Lib came out, I got to work and assembled several OGP 4-coin sets for collectors. they were a hit. A couple of those sets were of the highest quality because I cracked out 70 graded coins and sent the labels out with the set. Loved 'em.
I've been too lazy to assemble my personal sets, and no hurry...

My apartment has a parcel locker for oversized items and my mail box is locked, but my carrier is very diligent about the signature required. I think some of these are delivered by a different carrier. I mentioned that one time they misplaced my FHG when they brought it back to the office. It took them a few hours to locate it.
Another time I went home to wait for a delivery, but all of a sudden it showed as delivery attempt/left notice, but I looked outside my door an there was no notice. Either tracking was lagging and the attempt was before I got there or they didn't really attempt delivery. I did see both postal carriers talking by the apartment mailboxes. Whatever it is they didn't leave a a notice. I went to the delivery post office and picked it up with my tracking # and ID. The next day I got the notice. Buying high value items by mail is stressful.
I finally did put in a missing mail search request for my lower value AI RP proof set. I normally don't have problems with the USPS, but I had a few hiccups recently.
