In reply to John Q. Coinage. Sadly, I wonder if even a new prez & Congress would make a difference. Carter never seemed terribly popular with DEMOCRATS. It's somewhat hard to see anyone fighting for legislation to produce these coins. Perhaps if W or Trump died along with Hillary or Laura Bush, we'd get a two-fer for the Carters.
