Human anatomy isn’t always a requirement when Liberty(an Idea) is represented on a Coin or Medal.
Liberty can be represented in many forms. Three examples would be:
1) A Human Female
2) A Sunflower
3) A Bucking Bronco.

The cert number you saw was a finalist, but not the coin I acquired:

The one I got was 49629158. If there’s a problem with THAT one, we’ve REALLY got a problem.

Rick, this is the coin I bought from the guy who I suspect won it at last year’s auction:

According to PCGS, 14 1870-CC Half Eagles have graded XF-45. 20 have graded higher. 77 in all grades are estimated to have survived.
