I don’t think that you were censored at all imo. It’s unfortunate that you thought that your call-out-comment was trashed. I think admin deleted all comments that had KW in them, even a reply that had KW in it had to go. I, like others saw nothing wrong with your ‘censored’ post and agreed with it FWIW. You’ve been wearing your true colors on your sleeve for more than 15 years on blogs, so thanks the reminder above.

I really, really HATE to see you go! You’ve inspired me in a couple ways! The Extra V, I’ve actually got one of the four MS68’s!! Only because of You! I’ve also been looking at getting into the Kennedy’s (1964-1970 & 1976). Once I’m done purchasing the last gold coins I want, I’ll be going after my Kennedy collection. I’m stoked to start, again, all because of You! You have been a great source of information. I’m only stopping gold purchases because gold is getting too expensive for me and I have enough already (well, you know what I mean, lol, do I want more of course but………..$,$$$.$$) so it’ll be nice to start my Kennedy’s! There could be a couple more sets/coins in the future too. It’s going to feel good doing something different.

Coin News won’t be the same without You & Cali! Once you finish your fly about, make sure you drop in once in a while at least.

I too am saddened to see you leave. I hope this isn’t just a knee jerk reaction. I totally get why you’re feeling this way too. I’m confused as to “why” or what you had even said that should have been censored! We may not always agree with each but I definitely respect you, we have disagreements with our Families & Friends too and we don’t write them off. I’m NOT writing you off! Not yet any who’s, lol!! I know, I use the lol way too much, lol!! Sorry, had to say that only as a parting joke between us.

I’m truly hoping you’ll reconsider and jump back in. Personally, I haven’t seen anything you’ve posted here that I would consider inappropriate. Maybe I’ve missed something. Don’t hesitate My Friend in returning. Most of us have left and returned whether we stated it here or we just disappeared for a time! We really need you back, you do the research, investigating, etc., that most of us won’t/aren’t willing to do. So, till you return, we’ll be thinking of You!! 😉

It has always been my intention to help build up this public forum as a reliable up-to-date leading numismatic resource. My heart and my intentions have always been in the right place. However, the resistance to my efforts had become indefensible. The graph below demonstrates this site’s current state of affairs and its history. I don’t need to detail the importance of site traffic. But without it, this site may meet its end. It is important to give careful consideration to what new users will notice up front. For example: user names, uncited sources, and a lack of numismatic expertise. Race, religion, and politics are also gross deterrents. Coin photos, links, first hand experiences, and cited research attracts new users. Good comradery adds a great deal too. In the end, I was not censored. I requested the removal of all my posts for the greater good and I thank the ADMIN for his support. In parting, it was fun, until it wasn’t. Finally, this new republic is in your hands now. Now, a fresh new start for you all. So, make the absolute best of it. It came at a price for some of us.
