from the article: "<span>Provided the coins turn a profit, the surcharges collected would be distributed to America’s VetDogs to support the organization’s mission"</span>

Agree Bob on the coins, etc.
Thanks for the story about your "family"!
I would have no problem being neighbors with y'all !

My wife and I love, love our dogs. We have two females and we call them our Dogters, lol! We have no kids so our Dogters are our kids. All of our friends tell us that when they die, if they get reincarnated, they want to come back as a dog and they want my wife and I to have them. We totally spoil our Dogters. We have a “doggie door”, and the neighborhood dogs come to our house, thru the doggie door and get treats and if they want to, eat our Dogters food. One neighbor calls our house the “local watering hole” for the neighborhood dogs, lol!! I’m not trying to bore everyone, I’m sharing this only because I will NOT be purchasing any of these. One reason, the number one reason is because of the extremely high premiums the Mint has. Good luck ever getting your money back unless spot silver or spot gold goes up. The half dollar, good luck, even giving them away in a year. No upside. The only upside for myself would only be to Support the Vetdogs. A worthy cause IMHO. Secondly, I’m just not into coins with animals. Although I have many coins that have animals, I probably couldn’t sell any of them for what I paid. I won’t say that I’m not ever going to purchase a coin with an animal again but it’ll have to be something extremely interesting and have an upside. I’ve shared many times on here that I only purchase gold coins now and I only purchase coins I feel have an upside. I just can’t throw my money away and that’s what it would feel like to me.

Well, as always, Good Luck ALL!!!
