So the guy likes kids, I’ll leave his personal life decisions to him. Besides, he can easily afford to raise 9 kids (to date) with ease. I guess anyone who wants to get the common FH Au coin must be a little anxious as the mint has of yet published its price. I’ll be interested in seeing if it sells out tomorrow.

Doesn’t the museum on occasion strike medallions. Not quite the same, but I wouldn’t mine owning one just for fun.

Didn’t Dan Carr do some fantasy strikes with X-cancelled Morgan die? I think it would be fun to have an X-cancelled coin…no trickery, no misrepresentation just a non-coin (a token or medal) that looks somewhat like a coin that was from the US Mint.

I hadn’t thought about Hawaiian coins and postage stamps. I should look into that. Sad to hear about the Lahaina coin and stamp shop. As for territorial postmarks where the city is in a different territory than it was in statehood, I think I’ve achieved my goal. If I see a Denver, Kansas territory, or a Ft Laramie Nebraska Terr. or Dakota Terr., I would consider it.

I would love if they pressed a limited quantity of Ag and Au CC coins from the CC Mint. The same for the New Orleans Mint! I love collecting Morgans with the ‘O’ designation on them!
