You guys are killing me! I NEVER ever thot I’d be a gold bug, honestly! I couldn’t afford cheap gold let alone Mint Numi Gold, pre ‘33 or modern bullion gold!! I didn’t make that kind of money plus I had to answer to the Boss, lol! I was a Silver Stacker! That’s what I could afford. I loved stacking silver! Bought many, many rolls too! After a couple decades of that, I got older and figured I needed to unload all this silver so the wife wouldn’t have to deal with it. Shoot, I didn’t want to deal with it even either, lol! I had always wanted/wished I could afford gold. My wife kept saying to me I have to Sell before I buy anymore! So I started Selling my silver and realized I could exchange it for gold and that’s how I got started on gold. Even tho I no longer purchase silver, except a few, I still love silver! If not for silver, I wouldn’t have been able to purchase my gold I have now. I still love seeing silver stackers out there and maybe some of those folks will read what I’ve been doing and maybe they like gold too and once they have lots of silver, they could sell and replace it with gold. It’s worked out perfectly for me. I never had even thot about selling silver to get gold until the Boss put her foot down and I turned 70. I understand totally when I read on here my fellow collectors can’t afford gold, it actually makes me a bit sad as I know that feeling, all to well. Even the folks on here that can afford gold refuse to pay these ridiculous premiums the Mint has. I’m now one of them. This FHG will be my last purchase of gold from the Mint! I should say, going forward, there will be few if any gold purchases from the Mint. If and that’s a big if, the Mint produces a gold coin I absolutely have to have I may purchase it but it would have to be a really, really great design!

I appreciate ALL that Post here. I love hearing everyone’s take on coin collecting, opinions whether I agree or not, learning things from what you ALL share here which helps others like myself make good decisions when selecting what I’m interested in. Some on here have got me interested in things I hadn’t considered, so thank you to Everyone on here. Your ideas, thoughts, opinions, suggestions, reads, etc is greatly appreciated!

Shout out to CAG, he shared a lot of knowledge over on MNB and I paid attention! He also helped me start getting gold. I started out purchasing 1/10th oz gold and it’s all doubled in value! Thanks CAG!!! I owe You one! 🙂

No privy marked coins will be offered for the gold FH coins, unless a few will be presented to certain individuals as “gifts”. Perhaps Elon Musk will get one.

Just in time for the FHG coin release! NOT!!! No one should even think this, that the gold prices will be down, if it goes like it ALWAYS does!! Every single release it seems like gold goes up right before the release, lol! I doubt the Mint will disappoint us.

As far as the Privy that was in the photos on the Mints website that I guess has disappeared, I’m going to say someone messed up and accidentally let the cat out of the bag so to say!! There’s going to be a Privy, no doubt. Remember what Ventris told I believe it was Rick, correct me if l’m wrong, she said there’s going to be some BIG surprises this Fall!! I hope these FHG w/Privy aren’t ALL going to be auctioned off. The question we should be asking is how many, ALL or only some will be Auctioned. If the Mint is Auctioning these, I don’t think that’s fair to your average coin collector. How many on here would be able to bid on this extremely high end gold coin? Maybe none of us could afford one, as I believe they’ll auction for $25K-$50K!! I hope I’m wrong but I doubt it. There are some very deep pockets that collect rare and high end coins and the most there will be is 230 gold coins with a Privy! What are your predictions, opinions, etc. Let us know.
