Two big duds. I’m not buying anything from the Mint this year. They raise the prices and mintage limits and they lose customers.

ECG seems to be on the edge of leaving the coin hobby altogether, and I don't blame him if he's just looking at the US Mint modern coins. My own interest in the hobby took off after I started collecting older circulated Morgan and Peace dollars.

In reply to East Coast Guru. Maybe look into actual numismatic coins with real history. Almost all of the stuff the Mint puts out these days is over-produced, over-priced, and underwhelming.
