Spot on! And I'm finally getting old enough to not even "give a damn" what one thinks of me anymore anyway. I suppose that comes with maturity and age, as you must well already know.
When I was a kid, at some point I believed that Chess, Golf, and Coins = Nerd! But not anymore!

We can't allow the -P coin to be left alone. The 25th 5-coin companion -S coin must stay near...

I know this -S coin below brings back the "bad deal memories" that you were sucker-punched with, as this coin and others(Top ASE Registry set ruined by surprise milk spots), but I wanted to share with you my fabulous, spot free 2011-S ASE fresh from my "Lucky Batch" submission...

And an upgrade from a ribbon to a Medal! Thanks!
Love the coin, it's been 'rediscovered & refreshed' in a way!?
Sort of like my 'Junk' silver box, it just keeps on giving after being in the dark for so many years....

Definitely a Keeper!! When that Rev Proof came out, I purchased 5 of them, I love RP coins!! I sold ALL of them. I was really disappointed in the Mint, if I remember correctly, there was a 30 day window or something like that and it would be produced at however many were produced. I thought there’d be way too many for any real upside. I think I was right as it’s seems it’s basically gone up as the Mints gold prices and spot prices have risen. In that respect, it’s been a good investment. I think it sold for $1690 or close to that when it was released so even with spot prices it’s gone up considerably. Numismatically, there’s enough of these out there that it hasn’t received that in my opinion. I do however wish I still had one or even better, all 5 of them, lol! I buy and sell depending on how I’m feeling or collecting. I’ve found that my interests have changed/modified in the recent years. Most of my collecting didn't really have rhyme nor reason. I’m starting to narrow things down and I’m trying to focus on Gold! I’ve sold almost $20K in Silver the past 2 months and I haven’t even put a dent in my silver. Ugh!!! I’m looking forward to purchasing Gold and once I begin, I will make sure I share with you ALL here.

I remember seeing Harry B get coins and sending them in for grading and I’d be sitting on the edge of my chair, waiting for his Posts and we were able to see his results as he’d share links with photos!! I think I was just as excited as he probably was. Harry B was as “cool as a cucumber”, I’m not like that, lol, as I’m sure you all know that about me by now! I just get super excited about coins being sent in by regular collectors like most of us here and getting them back and I’m always hoping for the very best grades possible for them! I still have a lot to send in for grading but after all the problems/mistakes PCGS did, I’m actually dreading going thru it again. it’s very obvious PCGS is having staffing problems, i.e. lack of proper training, no follow up, can’t follow simple instructions, etc. Too many simple mistakes by PCGS so I think they're hiring folks not qualified, aren’t trained properly and not much experience as a coin collector (speculation)!!!! I sent in coins for grading 10 years ago and it went smoothly! Not one problem. Something has had to have happened at/to PCGS for the many, many mistakes they had doing my 5 or 6 submissions this year! They couldn’t even open my shipping packages and see they were still sealed/unopened box’s shipped by the US Mints. Original shipping box!!! That happened to 4 out of 5 or 6 of my shipping packages I sent them! That’s not even the worst of it but I won’t repeat it all over again! It miffs me too much, my blood is about to start boiling just thinking about it again so I better end this Post! I can’t even call PCGS to get things fixed cause I’m still so miffed about the whole experience I endured!!

Well, as always, Good Luck ALL!!!
