Naturally, the 2016 liberty is way more than release price and will never go down. Probably because it is such a hot seller. I wonder if you bought it back then (no idea how much original price was as it released before I started shopping at mint) for say $1200, do you consider it a win since it is now about $3,000 at the mint, or do you bash your head against the wall because it didn’t sell well, or do you smile that you can watch it melt and get $2,000 which is still $800 profit, but minis $200 for the 10% biden fee, sorry… force of habit I meant 10% under spot the pawn shop or coin sellers will give you. I looked too, no luck. Problem is, if you do find one really cheap or near melt/spot it might be one of the counterfeits mike hadn’t had the chance to pick up yet. And don’t forget, the grading companies also said they identified several counterfeit coins that they initially proofed years before. Could be a way to make certain coins even more rare, but who knows. I wonder if they reslab them and give same serial number but ID as counterfeit. Huh. Ain’t that weird. Coins now require an ID to be valuable and to exist, but people complain about needing ID to vote. Guess those people are fake.

I wanted to buy a US Mint palladium coin but the secondary prices are not dropping like the spot market. At least I haven’t found one yet. I am sure the LCS will pay spot, but they are selling for $3k.

I had 2 scenarios in my head for the super bowl.

And the Jesus one. With feet cleaning. Ok ok ok. As a non religious dude, I still stay open minded and support your belief system (except those that are based on destroying in fi dels). While I can see back then when people were poor and couldn’t afford shoes and home flooring for most people was dirt, and not tile or marble or stone. So long walks would cause sores and pain. But I recall Jesus bringing sight to the blind, curing leppers, helping the deaf to hear. And I am sure he did other miracles and holistic medicine curing (wonder if he ever got sued for malpractice) for other symptoms and illnesses. But the only mention of someone washing someone else’s feet, was Mary washing Jesus feet. Probably to pay a debt or for healing her (maybe she had some type of s t d). So it wasn’t Jesus cleaning feet of the refugees or his followers, or apostles. My logic is if he washes their feet his touch would have completely cured them and healed their sores and blisters. No need for water that might turn into wine. Or maybe he turned the water into wine so that when they soak their feet the alcohol and enzymes would be like a spa treatment.
