This is another scam that RCTV is late to the game on, as the “Vault Box” series of mystery coin “grab bags”was started 2 years ago by another numismatic rip-off company. The hype is amazing on this Las Vegas style gambling, and we all know that in Vegas, just as with what this company is offering, the House always has the advantage. “Heads I win, Tails you lose”! LOL
