If there was also a white string included it would make sense, red, white, and blue!

Since this sold out first day, I would presume that these numbers would indicate all the returns and future reports should show these current numbers as accurate and static. I mean the return window is 5 days isn't it. So these numbers from a week later should be the final sales and mintage numbers. Or, will the AP have several weeks so they can get all their coins graded and return all the failed 68 and below

Perhaps US can't find good silver and pressing "China" coins with less purity. I still for the life of me can't figure out where the red or blue strings come from

Maybe the mint will get smart and press fewer in coming years, like they did in 2021.

Another bunch of returns on the Morgan/Peace Reverse Proof
Based on this and last weeks numbers, over 30,000 returned (and that is net of any purchased so it could be higher. Assuming they are not resold, that means of the 250,000 mintage limit, it puts things down under 220,000. Looks like the remaining ones might be worth more due to 'scarcity' or demand, etc.
I see a bunch of Tallchief Quarter rolls returned. I would expect the mint to be able to resell those since they're rolled and not returned because of spots or damage.
