Very frustrated, as the 29th (the expected day the email said it would ship by) has come and passed now. Called them and they just say “we are sorry for the delay, shipping them out as fast as we can, just give it a little more time”. They know nothing about any of the issues or have any explanations…

took two days, but all my subscriptions are correct

I’ve written 2 emails to the *$%#’s asking for elaboration on what the email i got means, and why i’m processing since 2/28 when other people are getting their subscriptions already delivered. Also noting that supposedly i can order coins right now, as it’s available, and depending upon shipping charge, I “should” be able to have the coin anywhere from 3 days to 2 1/2 weeks. So why is my order being penalized?

The first email they replied with a canned answer about how to update my credit card on file for subscriptions. (which BTW I did / confirmed months prior)

the 2nd email, they reply:
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please be advised the fulfillment center is waiting on inventory to fill orders. Once the inventory is received then the order status will change to pending or processing. 

Since is says on my order “Subscription Processing” it”s utter lies and Mint Manure. Really pissed enough to stop ASE’s and think Canadian or something else. I wish there were somewhere to complain to the management. ( if nothing else, it may make me feel better (or worse)… or not )

Received same mint message as you. Wonder who their “payment processor” is/was and what the “technical issue” is/was. SVB perhaps? If nothing else, the timing is interesting.
Placed another order after the above should have gone thru and no such problem for it on processing order and or payment.

After checking yesterday on the status of my 5 ASE’s from my enrollment / subscription, it still said processing. This morning I get an email about delays due to their payment processor, and they expect to ship by March 29 !!! This is the text of the email:

Dear Mint Customer:
Thank you again for your 2023 American Eagle Silver Proof Coin purchase. We wanted to confirm the expected ship date for this product.
We are working hard to fulfill your order, but are experiencing delays due to a technical issue with our payment processor. We expect to ship your order by March 29. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Your order has not been cancelled, and no action is required from you at this time.
We apologize for the delay.

Yada ya-da yada…

So, count yourself lucky, if you got yours. On another board, someone got shipped 1 out of his 6… he got the same message I got in regard to his remaining 5.
Glad I wasn’t planning to grade them for First Strike.

I have a 1922 Morgan already. I bought it years ago for $6.95 by a dealer who just wanted to get rid of his coins and close his shop. By years, I mean in the ’90s.

And this is why I buy mine at $80. They’re still more from the dealers and flippers. One day you’ll look back and think to yourselves, “You know, I wish I ….”
