Not to familiar with the awq series. I saw the post about 3 rolls went to mint page and just saw the 2. Then went to that internet guru all knowing genie aka ebay and looked them up. I believe that the 2 roll was p and d and I presumed the 3rd was an s. Or that is what I recall from the listing info. I did see a 3 coin reminder (thought it was for Wong, but was for whichever is next) from mint and I passed on it. I don't have the first few and I'm not paying the $319 they were asking for 3 rolls (apmex or money metal was the seller on ebay) and I am not paying $56 for 3 rolls of coins. 3 rolls of 5 coins for 10 years is 150 rolls. That is a lot of storage space. And I don't like the quarters. Now if they did a crossover and released an American innovation and women's quarter collaborative that might be interesting. Perhaps a sandwich coin (Yes the earl of sandwich is technically European, but the Philly steak is definitely American, even comes with American cheese) or beer (Yes I know beer goes back to Egypt, but it could be a sam Adam's, or a George Washington release, or Thomas Jefferson distillation, or even a coors tap the rockies beer) on one side and on the other the first woman to serve her man that item. You know. Put some pizzaz and controversy in it. And you know if they threaten to cancel a mint issue coin those things would sell like boner pills at an old folks home.

According to the new NCG grading, that Proof S ASE would be a 10 Cameo, wouldn't it?

I'm not aware of a W AWQ. W has replaced S as the sought after mint. I prefer O but that was a long time ago and it's now a Jazz Museum with a small section about it being a mint long ago.

D n C --- Methinks you are a lot deeper than me on all of this stuff. I'm still trying to be that 8 year old little boy that found a Silver Dollar outside the grocery store ... the one that captured my fascination with the hobby for life, if not almost 7 decades later.

But I've GOT to tell you that you have a GREAT one liner:
If con is the opposite of pro, then it makes perfect sense of why our third brand is not called progress.
It explains a lot about where we find ourselves today.

Loved it! --- Mike

Silver has been a roller coaster. I think 2 days ago I saw it back at $22. Now it is lower again, but up from $17. And this coin, the 2022 S may be leading the pack again but it appears it's joined a convoy of other packs and is sniffing the butt of the last dog in the pack ahead of it. Previous history shows that the W (unless it is the AWQ) is the sought after mint. I still don't understand why. P maybe not because that's where a lot of great politicians constructed the foundation for America. While the big guy from Scranton is chipping more and more away. You'd think D would be coveted as it has so many legals drugs now there's bound to be tons of errors struck. Maybe people think the W means winner. I don't know. I got my British coins finally. Would post pic but last time it deleted hours long message and never did post the pic. I bet it's because I pretended to be elon musk and borrow a lot of money. Guess I should have paid the $8 fee.

Anywho. Getting back to the coin, I'm confused. True most of the other silver has been bought up and graded by anacs and the last of the 2022 releases have been set unto the wild. But this set, unlike last years (and for obvious reason) is still puttering with tons left to sell, even with record silver demand and as the crypto house of cards fall. With 17,000 still available, that's about 33%. But if silver is short and everything has a premium, my guess is many are flocking to pawn shops or ap mex (sounds so Latino, no I won't use an x and neither will my SA wife) or MM (money metals, but equally could apply to mad mike mecheat) or local coin dealers to buy older or lesser known silver types. I printed off my purchase history, which I am not sure how accurate since I mostly logged in as guest (yeah I paid a ton of shipping that I probably shouldn't have, but felt like my best option for securing the coin vs those evil bots; no not the terminator or decepticons). It also seems to me that scalpers and bots have diverted back to big ticket items with much higher turnover rate as it appears they are crashing the ticket buying page for Taylor Swift. She's hot and I would totally give her my best 10 seconds under the sheets and pretend those are tears of joy, but from the back of the arena she is barely visible and if you want to see her on a big screen, may as well stay home. Anyway, I don't see the point of this article other than to trick people to finish buying the set, and to post numbers so the scalpers and flippers know how much premium to add.

Also kaiser, this falls in line with your America innovation (I'll buy the outsource to China coin when it releases, or the Nike slave labor coin, or the Apple, but kids have tiny hands and work for way less, coin and maybe the fast food ruined my diet, and introduced diabetes coin) subscription we talked about earlier. You collected all the LE sets but passed on this one, and there is a chance you'll miss the boat to complete the America innovation set. But I like your banter, tales and outlook (also when I read your posts I picture the brit comedy are you being served... there is also an older white actor but I don't know his name or can think of any shows he's been in [I just literally watched one a couple days ago on Netflix, something about love, maybe called funny thing about love, was a comedy. Oh, I know he was on the show Charlie sheen did after leaving 2.5 men where he played a psychiatrist, and he reminds me of a Wolford Brimley] ). But your Churchill-ish (I hope that wasn't cultural appropriation as the -ish series seems to be claimed by POCs and we all know they have a tighter lock down on C.A. than the NFL on their rights to broadcast football, yet oddly so many of them are blondes, have blue eyes, and have straight wavy hair like Farrah faucet (wonder if that is real name or stage name she chose to make directors think "wet" when they see her audition)

But I digress. And if con is the opposite of pro, then it makes perfect sense of why our third brand is not called progress. I was probably first to log on and post, but so full of hot air I got long winded, which is rare as burn pits have impacted my lungs.

Happy reading and good luck. I think I will concentrate more on stocks and other investments next year ( although I joined mint, they rarely email me about upcoming events, so I missed out on next year's ase coins. Then again. Can always get a Ms or pf 70 with a special label and fdoi label for the same or sometimes cheaper than the mint sale price. Maybe I'll buy a metal detector and walk the sands of Florida beached and see what kind of shipwreck metals I can find.
