In reply to Antonio. I'm on the Antonio side of this debate. I'm a collector, not a dealer. I'll likely never liquidate my collection. Whoever inherits it will get the benefit of my collecting wisdom and/or the curse of my collecting stupidity. Either way, it will be a windfall for them; so, I guess they can't complain too much.

Yes Major, when it comes to the Proof (and Uncirculated) ASEs, especially this year, beware the Bulk 40s. Since the Bulk 40 ASEs are a separate item apart from the individual ASEs, their mintage and product limits are unknown and driven by demand from authorized bulk purchasers. Regarding the the Mint’s new Authorized Bulk Purchase Program (ABPP) which was established last year, not all Mint products will be offered through this program, and no more than 10% of products with limited quantities will be distributed under this program. As you noted, the 2022-S and 2022-W Proof and Uncirculated (Burnished) ASEs are not “Limited” products.

It looks like this will be a good year. Sales are higher than last year. Unfortunately, it’ll keep the prices down. Oh well, there’s always next year.
