I have seen people come and go and there are some users that I actually do miss and wish I would have exchanged contact information with them. I took a hard look in the mirror and you are right. I have no right to say anything to you or anybody else on this site. If I don’t like it then I shouldn’t even be here. I just have one more comment to post and that will be the last you hear from me. Thanks for sharing some of your personal history as well as your history with this site, Joe. I will continue to call you Joe instead of joera in the future unless you tell me different next time you post a reply to me.
When I was young I preferred competition to cooperation, trying to figure out how I compared to others in my abilities. As I grew older, I steadily lost my faith in religion, and I steadily gained a respect for the value of an individual’s life in the here and now rather than in the hereafter. The more that increased, the more I started preferring cooperation over competition.
When it comes to physical fighting, I far prefer all out (like baseball) or only if I must fight, all in (like poker). The only stake I feel is high enough to really justify getting into a fight anymore is death. No MMA for me, the stakes are simultaneously too high and not high enough. Take care, Joe.

I have been coming here for years on and off and have seen people come and go but I have not seen anything close to what it is today. I’ve been collecting since my late 20s and learning all the time from other collectors. That is why I used to read all the comments. There’s always someone that is going to disagree with someone else but as far as all the name calling and insults, never like this. Most of the users here I do not remember from past years. I have used other names besides joera but all include my true name, Joe.
As far as the “bar fight” comment what I meant is that it would be done with and over and “over” is what I really wanted to get across. I’m in my mid 60’s and come from the barrio, the other side of the tracks, where we had to fight and where lessons were learned the hard way. Back then we were man enough to use our fist and not guns like many do today. I guess even at my age now I still have the barrio in me. Fighting is not the answer. I know that now but it’s where my roots came from. I watch MMA and enjoy a good fight better than words being thrown back and forth. But that’s just me.

Thanks for your latest contribution. A bit of difference on your bar fight part of it, though. A bar fight would not be better because the only blood spilled here is virtual. Everyone gets to go home from here at the end of the day (assuming they ever left their home, that is). SENZA would never make it out of the bar alive if this was in the real world, it would be the whole bar against SENZA. Hell, even the bartender would probably join in. Maybe even the owner. While I doubt SENZA will take the right lesson from this, there is a 0% chance to learn from a fatal lesson. Kaiser Wilhelm–Joera does have a point on the volume. There are some posts here where you responded, and then responded again the next day. That is overkill. Try to keep it at a 1:1 ratio. I doubt you ever need to go above 2:1. joera–I cannot remember if you said you have been observing comments here for years or just recently. I promise you Kaiser Wilhelm is all good, and the comments he made before SENZA infected the site were always informative, even the occasional off topic ones. And the tone was always empathetic and welcoming. After SENZA was established here, there were some where he was trying to mollify SENZA, those were not always so great, but I understand. It is not easy trying to figure out how to handle a bully. I think we had to live with all the off topic and insulting posts for the last 10 days because SENZA is a slow learner, It took him a while to realize no one was going to roll over for him anymore. I think we are past the worst of it (but probably not the last of it yet), and I think the prize at the end for all of us (peace) will be worth it. If you do not see improvement within a week or two do not hesitate to speak up again, your posts are valuable. Thanks!

It’s none of my business what you or anyone else feels about other people on this site. But enough is enough. Don’t feed it. Go back and read all the comments, just on this page. All of them, even yours. See how long it takes you just to read them. And as you go along keep track of how many comments are about our hobby, and how many, IMHO, are useless insults and name calling.
Someone else came along and read the comments and thought they walked into a “bar fight!” A real bar fight would be better because it would be done and over with. You seem like a bright person with common sense. Take that approach to all the comments and really look at how it all looks to someone outside, or even inside, our hobby.

Well, here we are two days later and nobody has come forth to defend your behavior, SENZA. Can you finally get the message?
