Yesterday (November 3rd 2022) I got a package in the mail with my four Morgans, 2 cc and 2 o privy marked coins. The packing slip showed it shipped October 21st 2021. When you clicked the tracking link last year it showed they never shipped. The mint refunded my credit card and I too thought about going on the open market but never did. Now I’m waiting to see if they rebuild my credit card. It was like Christmas in November yesterday!

I had a small issue with snacks this Holiday – thank goodness I’m still sexy and as soon as I can find my keyboard I’ll check back in – not interested in the Negro coins so my money is safe until at least February.

I missed that (“USPS is awaiting the package from the shipper“) when I originally read your posting. And THAT is exactly how the Mint screwed me on the 21EA I am going to have to take them to Small Claims Court over.

What they kept telling me was that it was up to ME to follow up on such things … and that IF I had any issues I had to scream like a stuck pig within 30 days … or it was my tough luck (read that: no refund). But read my 21EA issue posting that I have already proved that wrong.

So keep screaming and DEMANDING to speak with a Supervisor. There is always someone there if you keep demanding to speak with one. And if you do not get to one within 3 weeks, send a Registered/Return Receipt letter to Ms. Ventrice Gibson, Acting Director of the US Mint, 801 9th Street NW, Washington, DC 20220-0012 threatening suit.

Thank you Sir Kaiser. I assure you I am sincere. I got the feeling that most everybody here were true collectors, honorable, and felt comfortable offering them as I wouldn’t want someone else to do the profiteering. I am a member of other sites where there are some that attempt to do just that. As a newer commenter here I was just not sure If I was pushing any boundaries. I do belong to a swapping site and do most of my transactions there. A few profiteers but mostly straight up value based swaps with other collectors. My credentials and credibility are all there. 191 documented swaps or transactions from all over the world in about 3 1/2 years. I will provide that if and when other commenters here show interest. Wasn’t sure if it was acceptable to mention that site here for now however or to proceed publicly here or privately. Don’t want to step on any toes.

After accomplishing my goal of completing a 2021 mint set consisting of 1 each of ASE Type1, ASE type 2, P,D,S,0, CC Morgans, and Peace dollar, I have some spares that I could offer to those collectors who could not secure one. I can offer them for swap of equal value or sale at my cost plus shipping for that particular coin. I am a pure collector and not looking to profit monetarily and would be happy to know that a fellow collector that needed them got one. I prefer to swap if at all possible for coins that I could use. I collect ASE’s since it’s inception in 1986 and could use a few missing dates for instance. I collect absolutely everything coin related the U.S. ever produced at Numismatic value if this takes us there. I am open to anything. So, this is what I have available pretty much valued at what the mint originally sold them for. All problem free except as noted.

2) 2021 Morgan (P)
