Yes, interesting indeed. You would think after all these years they would have left the authorized limit at 20k. After all, they have always (if you believe their numbers) cut off sales under that 20k. To date, (if memory correct) only two did not reach sales of at least 15k. But, why would we be surprised they would change things that makes little (no) sense and likely enrage some collectors?
