I don't think so.all you are doing if you buy one is taking a grading company's word.these are just regular bullion coins made of about $17.50 worth of silver.what really makes this interesting is grading companies and big coin dealers will be the winners.people who buy these are buying the holder and are being taken to the cleaners.

This company, Westminster Mint, is selling this NGC-slabbed common MS-70 coin with “First Day of Issue” (meaningless) on the label for $499. Absurd!!! Buyer Beware!

I can’t think of any reason to buy any coin with any autograph! This website is “COIN NEWS” not “AUTOGRAPH NEWS” and I myself collect coins not autographs! Things were better back in the day when we all bought the coins and not the label.
