The Mint has never made any SAE $1 coin with the “D” Mint mark of the Denver Mint & I don’t know why. We are in the 33rd year of this coin program. It is time for a “D” Mint mark SAE $1 coin Mint Director David J. Ryder!

Well, with an unlimited mintage & 77k in week 1, this will sell 200k+ over the year+ it will be about making it not a real play for me- in general I have felt the design is getting stale, so “S” revproofs, Co-Cnuck issues don’t do it for me. Without a mintage limit I don’t see a “need” ……I also suspect Ag hits $20 your USM will start raising price$ on silver……

In reply to FRANK KISSEL. Same with the 2019 w they sold 22,010 on week 4 then had 6,361 returned on week 5 its ripping off the american collector and all the coin publications really say nothing about it . these are interstate crimes that the FBI should be involved with.

I NOTICED A HUGE DECREASE ON PRIDE OF TWO NATIONS SETS. ON THE MAY 19TH REPORT THERE WAS ALSO AN OVER 4,000 DECREASE OF THE 2019 SILVER PROOF SET. I CONTACTED THE US MINT ASKING ABOUT THE REASONS FOR SUBSTANTIAL RETURNS AND IF THE BONUS PENNY WAS ALSO RETURNED…NO GOOD ANSWER FROM THEM. PERHAPS COIN NEWS COULD GET SOME ANSWERS ABOUT RETURNS; WERE THESE RETURNED FROM DEALERS BECUSE THEY WERE NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR A GRADE OF 69 OR 70? WERE RETURNS FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC? OR ARE THESE DECLINES JUST SIMPLE ACCOUNTING CORRECTIONS?
