General question:
The U.S.Mint has explained the uncirculated 5 oz. silver ATB quarter as having an uncirculated finish. (I've always considered uncirculated as a condition, not a finish. The 5 oz coin looks to have a matte finish, to me.)
Should I expect all U.S.Mint uncirculated designated products to have the same finish, such as the "uncirculated" U.S.Mint sets, or "uncirculated" SAE ?
The photo, in the 22nd May article for the 2019 uncirculated set, seems to show this annual set has having standard business strike coins.

Thanks Mike.
Another 421 of the unavailable product (rocketship) sold. Interesting. Will it be another product that the mint sells more of than was authorized?
