i collect Kennedy’s.i haven’t seen a set that the Kennedy wouldn’t get a PL?.Almost always i believe. You i want graded. Buy graded.. but i made an exception on this coin. i sent one Kennedy.in. the coins i have the most trouble with are slabbed P n Ds in a high grade. i removed my space ship Kennedy from its pack. and received a D mint PL 67. with no mention off it cumming from the space ship set. . Finding P n Ds in a PL slab can be difficult and expensive to find.

Checked the 2019 Kennedy halves and they may very well be Proof like. Mine are beautiful no nicks no bag marks just beautiful coins. If they are in fact PL I wish the mint would put out a statement to that effect. Some of the TPG are grading them proof like.
