gary -

These EU sets were made available again (for like the fifth time since 1st day of issue) this morning at 8:03am Central Time.
The U.S. Mint's 225th anniversary 2017-S Enhanced Uncirculated 10-coin set has never sold out yet officially. They have gone to "currently unavailable" status since day one numerous times & offered more about every two weeks since the issue date. The Mint has never called a "Sold Out" status on this set with a mintage of 225,000 sets.
As a matter of fact, none of the five different U.S. Mint official 2017 225th Anniversary products have sold out yet! Yet, in an e-mail the Mint sent out early this week they stated that their special 225th Anniversary products were selling "strongly". NOT! The low sales are an embarrassment for the Mint - especially the $100 gold high relief coin, which gained national news attention but has sold less than 30,000 of the 100,000 mintage (a great opportunity for a fairly low mintage U.S. gold coin IMHO).
Mike Mezack on HSN has continued to say in every live cable tv show on HSN & CSN infomercials that the 2017-S EU 10-coin set sold out on first day of issue - which of course is an outright lie to this day!

Happy collecting Gary!

Pretty low silver proof set mintage so far this year. These and the regular proof and mint set numbers have been sliding for years, but this is particularly low. Not sure if they'll ever be a great investment, but if you want one I'd suggest getting it fairly soon.
