Thanks for the updated information!
These sets are fun to collect & in the coin & stamp hobbies are called "Philatelic Numismatic Covers (or combinations)" or PNCs. The covers are made by UniCover corporation of Cheyenne, Wyoming which has made first day issue stamp covers for decades now & puts these together for the Mint with the special USPS-approved official special postmark. Beautiful sets, but the coins are circulating quality only & all have numerous scratches since they are not given special treatment during production & mix together as they come off the high-speed coin presses & fall into plastic buckets hitting each other. Otherwise, they are great historical collectibles & make a good gift for my 2 younger nephews to collect & take to school for show & tell days.

Happy collecting everyone!
