2016 Theodore Roosevelt National Park Quarter
The 2016 Theodore Roosevelt National Park quarter will be ceremoniously introduced on Aug. 25

The United States Mint published ceremonial launch dates for this year’s final two quarters commemorating Theodore Roosevelt National Park in North Dakota and Fort Moultrie in South Carolina.

Quarter launch ceremonies are free and open to the public, with coin forums the evening before them and coin exchanges immediately after them.

The launch ceremony for the Theodore Roosevelt National Park quarter is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time on Aug. 25 at:

2016 Fort Moultrie Quarter
The 2016 Fort Moultrie quarter will be ceremoniously introduced on Nov. 17

A launch ceremony for the Fort Moultrie (Fort Sumter National Monument) quarter is slated for 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time on Nov. 17 at:

Launch details were published earlier for the first three 2016 quarters. This year’s first quarter ceremony was on Feb. 4 when the 2016 Shawnee National Forest quarter for Illinois was introduced. The next event for Kentucky’s Cumberland Gap National Historical Park quarter is on April 11. The third quarter, commemorating Harpers Ferry National Historical Park in West Virginia, is scheduled for June 8.
