Thanks for the updated information on this set & your great, high-quality photos you took at the San Francisco Mint! You forgot to use the trademark symbol for the U.S. Mint’s ATB quarter dollar coins program anywhere in this article (as you probably know, they are very sensitive to this matter & have issued legal notices to many advertisers & publishers to protect their registered trademarks).
After the error photo on the packaging was discovered by astute readers of the largest numismatic publication in the world (Coin World (TM)/Amos Media weekly newspaper/monthly magazine/daily online website edition based in Sidney, Ohio) the Mint halted sales of the set. I found out just days later, & put a comment on this coin blog website, that the U.S. Mint sold & shipped 12,000 error packaging sets before discovering the major photo printing error! These packaging error sets were selling on one of those overpriced (IMHO) t.v. shopping shows (on air since 1988) last weekend & this weekend for $100 per set. Crazy stuff for sure!
