Getting rid of old stock (2013, 2014 coins) nobody wants. They should never sell coins past their mint year or at least have no more than a one year sale life. Start the new year with a clean slate and free up storage space.

re: No Limited Edition Silver Proof Set – packaging problems? What a lame excuse. The sole purpose of this set is to repackage already minted coins. They can’t do it this year when they could in previous years?

It’s possible that new legislation can be passed to allow other American Silver Eagles to be minted with smooth edges and incuse wording or designs.
