The mint is full of B.S. Their main concern are the dealers. How does a certain dealer on tv advertise that he only has 4728 sets (amt. just a close.guess, but not far off) Then the label has something like 438 of 4728. How could he possibly know those figures so soon after the release date? Why can’t they offer regular 20 coin rolls of American Eagles at a lesser price than forcing you to buy them from (Authorized Dealers) at a higher mark-up? I guess it’s all the same old Crap.

For those with questions on Grading:
To be given the Early Release & First Release pedigree the only requirement by NGC is that it is graded within the first 30 days of Release by the US Mint (this date info for the “Early Release” pedigree is charted on their website). In this case All of the coins shipped in time (to be reshipped to the Graders within 30 days of the issue / sale date) will qualify for this pedigree. PCGS has similar requirements.

What a load of BS. The mint creates this situation by such conduct, a 15m sellout, I did not get one, but in the long run, who will care about this, sell now flippers, the price will fall like the special finish Sac $1, has fallen, these Presidential coins of late are really ugly & look to be engraved by a computer. Again, how is a guy on ebay offering 44 sets TODAY & sold 16 already…WTF…oh well its happened before; PS my back order MOD sets arrived 3 weeks ago, and it aint August….the mint put their support & $$ on the Jackie O gold it seems.
