I ask b/c I&#039;m willing to believe anything about the ignorance of some people in banks. One time I warned my bank that I&#039;d be using my debit card to withdraw cash in Europe. The guy said it wouldn&#039;t work because European ATMs don&#039;t dispense American bills.  (whimper ...)]]></description>
