From an acquaintance on another blog –

The dimes are currently on display at the Long Beach Expo.
The special set will contain a proof silver dollar, a silver reverse proof dime produced in Philadelphia with a P mint mark and silver dime produced in West Point with a W mint mark.
We do not have any information yet about the on-sale date, pricing, product limit or Household Order Limits.

That sounds like the mint has finally kept the collector and not the dealers in mind.

what I saw at Long Beach Expo : the special set contain March of dime coin and 2 dimes ( 10 cents) coin!
But one of the dime is Reverse Proof Silver !! the mint official told me ; the mintage is about 10k-50k
that the dime will be one of the kind, and may be this year US Mint Jackpot:)
because the other products like High Relief will have over 100k mintages

I want them!And, I want the special set, that will be made later in the year. Now, kiddies, remember! Take heed! Do not be hasty! Since two different offerings will be made, don’t split the mint’s seal, on the mailing box, until we all know, whether these will be four unique coins, in two different packages, or, as in 2006, a rehashed set that had only one “unique” ASE. the reverse proof. You have been so advised! 🙂 🙂 😉
