					<description><![CDATA[How does the mint determine production of a particular set? Do they go by quarterly sales, demand, projection or what?  Let&#039;s take for instance the 2014 clad proof set.  Does the mint decide it will sell so many of these sets until the 2015&#039;s are issued.  I am assuming the mint would have to make that decision before December 31, 2014 since, assuming again, they can&#039;t mint coins with 2014 on them in 2015?!?!
