A sell-out, yes. But why did it take so long to ID the 3,500 sets left to meet max mintage? Was the backorder list shorter than they thought? Did that many back out? This was the number of Gold blanks that they had originally stated that they had ready at issue. This will not sell out by the end of the year and is too high a number to push additional sales to a sell-out.
