On Monday it will begin selling rolls and bags of Everglades National Park Quarters at prices ranging from $18.95 to $46.95, and then on Thursday it will release the 2014-P Everglades National Park Five Ounce Silver Uncirculated Coin for $154.95.

Also this week, the Perth Mint of Australia and the Royal Canadian Mint will introduce new world coins.

We’ll cover these topics as well as publish the latest sales figures for the 50th Anniversary Kennedy 2014 Half-Dollar Silver Coin Collection. Until then, here are last week’s five most read:

  1. 50th Anniversary Kennedy Silver Collection Release – The last of three United States Mint products to celebrate the semicentennial of the Kennedy half-dollar launches today at noon EDT for $99.95. With four silver coins in four different finishes and from each of the four U.S. Mint production facilities, this latest release is expected to quickly outsell the other two anniversary products combined.

  2. 2014-S Enhanced Uncirculated Kennedy Half-Dollar Production – Excitement is building with just hours remaining until 2014 50th Anniversary Kennedy Half-Dollar Silver Coin Collections become available. The four-coin set from the United States Mint launches on Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2014 at noon EDT for $99.95.

  3. 2015 March of Dimes Silver Dollar Designs Unveiled – Today, Oct 30, 2014, the March of Dimes Foundation and the United States Mint revealed designs for the commemorative 2015 March of Dimes Silver Dollar. Up to 500,000 of the silver dollars are authorized by the March of Dimes Commemorative Coin Act, Public Law 112-209, to celebrate the Foundation’s 75th anniversary.

  4. Kennedy Collection Scores 12-Hour Sales of 85,670 – Sales of the 2014 50th Anniversary Kennedy Half-Dollar Silver Coin Collections jumped out of the gate. Now, they’re not moving at lightning speed like the curved Baseball silver coins did in March, but they’re selling fast. Released on Tuesday at noon, collectors gobbled up the set of four silver coins with 85,670 ordered by midnight.

  5. 2014 Silver Coin for 100th Anniversary of Hockey Canada – A new $20 silver coin celebrates the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Canadian Amateur Hockey Association, the precursor to today’s Hockey Canada. The coin’s official unveiling happened at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier, which also served as the association’s inaugural meeting one century ago.

Beware if you had a subscription for the ATB 5 oz coins or uncirculated eagles before the site change and don’t want to continue. They DID NOT CANCEL the subscription. You have to go to the site, sign in, go to enrollments then slide the indicator to inactive. Otherwise you are still enrolled and will get the silver eagles next year and Everglades ATB Thursday at the regular price $154.95.
